Want to become a Meowchant?
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:
Vendors are required to have at least 50% of their products or services at Sea-Meow Con to be cat related. (i.e. you can’t have a booth just selling 100% bananas, but you can have a booth selling cat themed bananas, or 50% bananas and 50% catnip). Please either provide photos or links of your cat themed products/services in your application to help us jury your business. Otherwise, you may not be considered, and we don’t want you to waste your application fee.
If your business is not cat related (i.e. if you are a banana company), OR if you are cat related business but not selling anything at the convention, you are still welcome to apply as a sponsor.
The sale of merchandise or artwork produced with AI generative imagery is strictly prohibited. Sea-Meow Con supports the talents of artists & small businesses, not our robot overlords.
There is a $25 non-refundable application jury fee for 1st time Meowchants. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth spot as we aim to curate a fun, balanced, and diverse event.

We will review every application carefully and should get back to you before the end of June.

Activity booths must provide an interactive, hands-on experience for attendees (e.g. gachapon machines, face painting, henna, caricatures, nail art) rather than solely selling products.

Please Note
*Electrical drop, drayage, extra tables and badges can be requested for additional charge. They can be requested on your application or via the Meowchant Portal up until Oct 7th.
*Booth spaces are not confirmed until invoice is completed. Booth spaces are subjected to availability, so if you snooze, you might lose.

**Filling out the application form does not guarantee a spot at Sea-Meow Convention. Sea-Meow Con is looking for a selection of unique and diverse vendors. Applicants are selected based on quality, category, and professionalism. A personalized invoice will be sent to you after the completion of this form. Your spot will be confirmed once the invoice is paid.
