What is the refund policy ?

All ticket sales are final and not refundable.

Can I sell my ticket to someone else?

No. Tickets are not resellable.

To avoid scammers selling fake tickets, tickets can be purchased only through our official website or the Eventbrite platform; no tickets will be available through individuals.

Can I buy tickets for other friends or family?

Yes, one person in a group can buy tickets for your friends and family. As long as they can be scanned and verified by our ticketing app, you will be granted admission.

Can’t go anymore, can I give my tickets to friends or family?

Yes, you can give the ticket to friends and family. You can edit the names and email on your tickets via your original order link. See details here.

I bought tickets for the wrong day, can I switch it?

Yes. You can do that by following this guide.

Does my ticket help cats?

YES! 20% of each ticket proceed will be donated to one of the participating rescues or NPO. See here for more details.

Will there be tickets at the door?

There will be tickets at the door but it is limited to capacity.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may print your ticket or bring an e-ticket on your device, they can both be scanned by our admission staff at the door.
